How much does Firmino cost?
The basics are free for teams of up to 3 people, with no time limit. Paid plans start at €9 per user per month, and yearly billing is cheaper. We are not VAT registered; prices are final. No hidden fees.
What happens when the trial ends?
A new company gets a 14-day trial of the Pro plan. Then it moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted; only the parts that plan does not include are hidden, and they come back as soon as you move to a higher plan.
Can I bring my data from Excel?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file, map the columns and your contacts are imported. Company details can be filled in from the registration number.
Does Firmino replace invoicing software?
No. Firmino connects to invoicing programs. SuperFaktúra already works: create an invoice from a quote and see its payment status on the customer. iDoklad and KROS are coming.
Does it work with Microsoft 365 and Gmail?
You can connect Microsoft 365 in the Pro plan. Firmino only stores emails that include a contact’s address and ignores the rest. Gmail is coming soon.
Where is my data and is it safe?
In the European Union. Each company’s data is isolated inside the database, sign-in supports two-factor authentication, and the database is backed up every night. You can export data and erase a person’s data in the app.
What if I turn off a module or move to a lower plan?
You lose no data. It is hidden and comes back when you switch it on again.
Is Firmino right for my company?
It is built for companies with 3 to 50 people that want their contacts, deals and tasks in order without a heavy enterprise CRM.
